Week Three- Keep Your Eyes Open

Posted on January 18, 2009. Filed under: Healthier Living |

This week is going to help us learn what we are consuming.  We don’t have to worry about counting calories or anything like that yet, but it is important that we look at the nutritional information about our food.  So this week’s challenge is:

1) Take the stairs

2) Park at the end of the parking row

3) Look at the nutritional information on the back of everything you eat.

* The optional challenge/fast is to avoid ALL soda and ALL juice this week.
