Week Two- Get to know your parking lot

Week two is going to take little baby steps off of week one.  Nothing too intense, so don’t worry.  Jobs for this week:

1) Continue only taking the stairs.

2)  CHOOSE to park at the end of the row in the parking lot.  This is an excerpt I read from a passive living article today!  – “Recently, I have noticed how common it is for people to sit in their car for several minutes waiting for a closer parking spot to become free.  These people are polluting the environment, letting their car (and their life) idle, for the opportunity to walk 20 metres instead of 200 metres”  -This is truth in my own life, and probably yours as well, so let’s try and take the extra two minutes out of our day to walk to the restaurant/mall/grocery store.  And who knows, if it’s cold, maybe we will even be caught running into the mall.

Fast/Challenge of the week: Try to snack only on only fresh fruits and vegetables in between meals.
