Collaboration with Crozet

Well, our collaboration project with Paula White is going well.  We are connected with her grade 5 class.  Her wiki is called CrozetGains and I have begun to help some of the students out with their wikis and with their projects.  Basically each student has their own topic that they have chosen and they need to do research on it and present.  (Kind of sounds like our ECMP projects a little bit)  It is also our job to come up with awesome science experiments that can be used at their age level.  She wanted us to use You Tube so that the kids would have visuals for their science experiments.  Basically our group are kind of like mentors to the grade 5’s and we are helping out wherever we can!

Cool Wiki! This sounds exciting! The main subject I taught in my grade 4/5 internship was science. If you need any ideas based on energy, let me know. I have some experiments, youtube videos, etc. I could share with you.

Wow more science experiments would be awesome! My email is bahslerd@gmail.com if you have any experiments that worked really well I would love to hear about them!
