Week One

This is the first week of our healthier living action plan, so we are going to start slow and work our way up to bigger challenges.  This week the challenge is to learn how to walk.  This means taking the stairs instead of using elevators or escalators.  My Kinesiology instructor at the U of R says that the average person should be able to walk 8 flights of stairs without getting tired or out of breath… sounds easy enough right? 🙂
